They met in 1995, while working at Macy*s Herald Square.
Dad says this is how it happened: I fell head over heels for her from the first time I saw her. I knew she was the one. (Mommy's version on how daddy says it happened)
But Mom says it happened like this: I did not expect to fall in love at the time so I embraced a good friendship. We went out in groups. Within a few months I noticed no other guy wanted to approach me. Andres had told them I liked to be left alone. So he managed to get some alone time. He would take me home & went out on dates alone. I later confessed to my bestfriend I was in LOVE. He is amazing. Everything I ever looked for in a man.
They got married 9 years later on May 24, 2004.
